What iOS version are you on? I think it doesn't work for iOS 10.

I don't see why it shouldn't work on iOS 10, I wouldn't know because I don't have an iOS 10 myself, but I heard it works from some friends who tried it out.

Link is updated, Old one wasn't working for some reason. Cydia Impactor would always get an error saying "installation.cpp:42 Could not extract archive" that problem should NOT happen if you download the new ipa

Use a VPN, Uploading the file took me ages because my internet isn't the best.
