      @Tsunamyyy false hope? are you slow in the head? Cool star is making sure its stable and safe for all users to jailbreak. You can have your device in a bootloop and complain, but ill wait and stay notified for the official release.

      False hope lol hmmm is seem coolstar update his official website saying 11.3.1 jailbreak coming soon I don’t know  that a false hope the dude trying make sure 11.3.1 work perfectly no bugs and problem at all so keep pay attention on jailbreak video on YouTube
