I am on iOS 9.3.3 and I want to update to iOS 10.2 and I have my shsh blobs. iTunes is updating to 10.2.1 but I want to update to 10.2 can any one tell me the way how to do it.

but I want to update my phone not downgrade... if apple stop signing the iOS I can't even update to that iOS...? I have to update to latest ? -

My iPhone 6 is on iOS 9.3.3 I am trying to update it to iOS 10.2 when I try to update or restore its show a message (( This iPhone could not be updated . TATSU declined to authorised this image on this device for this user. )) I reinstalled the Mac OS Sierra on my MacBook every setting is unchanged and reset my iPhone also but still this problem is showing
