Hello, I'm looking for help with ibackupbot. Specifically, I have an iPhone 6s Plus running iOS 10.2.1 What I did was make a backup (not encrypted) with iTunes. Then I DFU restored my phone and set it up as new and made a new backup. I opened ibackupbot and tried to import my SMS from my old backup to the new backup but as it's trying to merge my SMS I get a alert with an error that says "Could not write to manifest file". I click okay and it pops up a couple more times. And then finally it it finishes and the messages do show up in the new backup from what I can see in ibackupbot but when I try to restore my phone from the new backup, iTunes says it failed because the backup was corrupted. Has anyone had any luck with modding files using ibackupbot on iOS 10.2.1? Otherwise, is there another way to inject my SMS into a clean install of iOS on my phone? Many thanks!
