I still cannot apply for a revoke. It says that my Invoice ID cannot be found, when I have proof of putting in the correct invoice ID -

I had bought IOS Gods App + back in around.. April or May 2022, but ever since the recent revoke, I had reset my phone and created no back up, I now cannot download Ios Gods app +, please help. (And yes, I bought Ios gods App + for a year.)
