Unfortunately that did not work and my account membership still shows as a free user

Would there be any way to convert it to non jailbroken VIP I didn’t know I purchased the wrong membership and I believe I made the mistake twice unfortunately. Hello I’m having issues with downloading VIP applications through the iosgodsapp web access because it shows that my account doesn’t have the vip membership even though I’m subscribed. This issue is new and never had any issues before but I know that it can be fixed, thank you I really appreciate your help with this matter - removed image as email was showing -
