I’m able to download and open it on my Mac but it doesn’t let me register my device. I’m able to type my Apple account but doesn’t give me the option to “start” 

I downloaded the app sideloadly on my Mac but only lets me enter my Apple account and I can’t go from there. Can someone help me?
