The savegame itself works, thank you. However, everytime I join a MP game, I cant do anything (cant shoot, move, pause game). Also, I cannot even play singleplayer or private match, the player freezes, although the game is still running. Any help?

Nope, by using Cydia impactor and installing the 1.6 hack But do not delete the game before installing the newest version
