so i switched my device to iphone5s with the same steps & same apple id, and all the sudden it works....i guess it just dosen't like the old ipad. Thanks anyway!

i have the same problem, i tried redownloading ipa file and went thru the process again and it still got stuck on verifying application. I have a 32 bit ipad with 9.1 ios, is it compatible? should i update my ios version? The IPA file is 271 MB.
