Help/Support Sideloadly - Verification Code Incorrect

When I attempt to login, it proceeds to ask for the 2fa security code. I have my 2fa set up to use phone call verification, but Sideloadly doesn't trigger the phone call, it appears to be attempting to use text message verification instead, since only one of several messages actually came through. Sideloadly even says that the security code has been sent "via voice". I'm currently experiencing service issues with receiving text messages, and was hoping phone call verification support could be looked into.
