Same problem for me, I received an email saying that the UDID was checked and I could download the app.... I try to download it, the iTunes Store opens and starts downloading and the app stops downloading and remains with the cloud icon on the right side. However, I try to open it by clicking on it and it says: "Failed to install" Try again later...
