    I am having the same issue. I cannot find the NBA 2K17 Pre-Order Theme anywhere except for my PS Store Download List, and from that list when I push 'Download to PS4' it gives me the same Download Error you have. I can't find anywhere else on the net anyone talking about this. Have you got yours downloaded finally?
