Still havnt received any help😑not sure why mine ain’t working and tons of other guys are playing it. I can’t get past the download. I’ve clicked move data and it still makes me try to download then crashes. I tried doing it through my computer too. Still didn’t work. Someone help please

When I click move data it does nothing

I keep getting some Russian error message. I tried the automatic way. And the manual way. Still get the same thing.
