Help/Support Bought the $24 Year Subscription App+ But No Download Email

Ok so on June 22 I bought the year’s worth for the App+ & I keep checking my emails, both Junk & regular, & have yet to get an email for instructions to download the App+. Is this normal?

Unable to Install/Activate iOSGods App+

So I made the purchase yesterday & have tried to install the app four times now only to get met with an error page. I’ve tried downloading on both Wifi & using mobile data. Is there anything I can try to get the app to install?
