You're welcome, make sure you backup the data so when you re-sign when the time expires you can just load the data back into the app installed again. also I think if you resign a app without deleting it on ur device it should be intact when re-signing but always backup the app to be safe

Currently it is not, We are looking into a way to sign it longer for non jailbreak users.. So far you can sign it for a year if you register you apple ID to become a developer

You're welcome. I use a file manager to extract the .ipa. I am working on a way to see if I can do it without jailbreaking, so far only with iTunes works. I'll check into the app later when I'm up.
