      Div, members have PM limit so he might not be able to PM him, last time someone made a Help and Support topic DiDA told him to put proof of payment. That's what I meant by billing confirmation. Sorry for any misunderstanding. :)

      Mitosis, I am aware that members have PM limit since early 2015. PM Limit is for how many messages you can send(for new members). It is better to keep anything about proof of payment privately.

      Thank you Mitosis and Diversityy for reply back. New to this so was just wondering how come I don't have access to the VIP yet. Any help would be great need to fix this. Trying this out for my son which he love to play on my iOS and if it works great will be continue to use it.
