my game crashes when I try to play multiplayer

I cant open the backed up data with winrar even though I have the 64 bit installed and winrar works with .zip files

So do you just put the save folder into the folder that has documents and library? pls respond soon

Can you update it so that multiplayer will work or is that impossible?
