yeah the iTunes version works like a charm, nothing wrong. in fact I was able to delete the iTunes version and then reinstall it over 3 times and I didn't have any issue with the updates.

@Zahir it didn’t work, it’s all good though I’m just not going to play the game. I’ll still be looking in this thread If someone else figures it out. Thanks for trying to help though it meant a lot.

@Zahir So I figured out the issue, it’s happening because it cannot connect to the ea servers. I’m not sure what is causing this because I restarted and reset my phone (both of them) and I tried downloading it differently, nothing worked, do you think this is because the AppStore tsto version is on my phone already? I’m really confused as to why this is happening. Edit: it’s not because I already had the AppStore version downloaded, it did the same thing

Did you have the same issues where it doesn’t download the updates? What was your process for downloading it?

uhh i tried to use this on my iphone XR/8 and both get stuck downloading content. not sure if you can help but i would be thankful. i used the sideloadly method and it downloaded the icon but when i open the app it asks me to sign in and then it starts downloading updates and it gets stuck.
