So my account was banned on hellotalk and I want to register a new account on the same device. I got mgfaker and changed the udid numbers and wifi numbers but the app just autoquits when i try to open. so what should i do?

Can someone please explain this in more detail? What is the gen file? how exactly do you find it? I've also been banned from hellotalk and want to use it again.
