I too am experiencing the freeze bug where I can kill everyone but the stage stalls.

Appreciate the hard work and the hacks.  Maybe someone has some insight into this bug.

Hey all, I'm hoping someone can help me out.  I'm on ios 9.3.3. and jailbroken.  I have both the global and japanese versions of optc on my ipad.  

I have searched and searched using both filezilla and ifunbox(using the search function) but I cannot find NBGI0199.app ANYWHERE.  I do have a folder titled  //User/Containers/Data/Application/DCAB4944-FAAC-4265-89D0-6FE5421817E6/Library/Caches/jp.co.bandainamcogames.NBGI0199 but there is no .app file in there to replace.

Any help would be appreciated as to where I can find the file so I can try the hack.
