There are many tutorials on how to jailbreak your iPad, just look them up. 

As for the computer, it depends. You can jailbreak some iOS versions without a computer.

Unfortunately, the game crashes everytime I try to start it up, I don't whether it's the currency modifier or the some kind of JB Detection, and I checked and it seems like GameGem and iGameGuardian aren't supported for Electra.  

Can't you just modify the currency using GameGem? iGG?
