Wifiblue

Please help me i have this problem for 1 week!

So recently i came across this error which gives it to me everytime my ipad boots up that wasnt a big deal because i could just go to pp jailbreak and reinstall cydia but know i cant install cydia because pp jailbreak expired and you need wifi to add a profile please help me. (btw pause where ever you want i was to lazy ;3) Little update.. So when ever my ipad dies the wifi and bluetooth is grayed out. And i could fix that by going to ppjailbreak and reinstall cydia but now i can't do that anymore because there is a 7 day expiration of pp jailbreak. << bit more to it
