I had the same problem. You have to unistall different versions of "Simcity Buildit Hack" (for example, the one you can find in iOSCheats Repo) and delete in the ""etc/hosts" any lines that contain an entry for IOSGODS (I used iFile). The hack doesn't work with simcash for me anyway.
