What was the catching delay?? or the distance?? if you put 1000 ms in catching delay, that will tricker it aswell. The minimum u can put it to is 3000. Catching a pokemon each 3second, yet i keep mine at 5 seconds. Rather slowly level up and catching then getting permanent banned :-)

Simply don't use speed 200 km/h while using the bot :-D and jumping from country to country. Havent been dealing with any bans, by only using max 15 km/h. and staying at the same location, or atleast only jumping after being offline for atleast 12 hours. But as the others say, they found a way to remove the soft ban, by simply spamming the pokestops. So maybe there will be a way to remove the permanent. Else just start up a new account, and just simply stay in low speed and not jumping location more then once a day.
