With all of my tweaks uninstalled, the crashing problem persists. I am running iOS 9.3.3.

Probably. Some tweaks do require respringing for them to take effect, but not all.
Got that problem fixed. Now whenever I restart springboard it goes back to normal iOS.

Got it. I'll try my luck with uninstalling and come back with the results.

Got it. Is that also why I have to respring before any of my tweeks work? You'd have to uninstall each one.
It could be any since 9.3.3 Jailbreak was recently released and most tweaks may not work properly.

You might have installed an incompatible tweak perhaps?
Is there a way to find out which one it is? Already installed the CrashReporter tweak and that isn't helping.

Which iOS version are you running?
9.3.3

Hi, a few questions.
Whenever I respring my device it goes into safe mode, but upon respringing it again it is fine.
I'm getting the error apt-get update. I do the terminal command and everything is fine, but the error doesn't go away.
Can't access tweaks in settings w/o respring/reboot
What's up with these?
Update: no tweaks installed, still crashing.
