Help/Support Unable to install iosgods app.

The app will download but will not download any game. Been like that for over a week. I’ve tried all the steps stated but no change. i have iPhone 11 Pro Max. V.I.P subscription any support would be really appreciated -

I’ve tried purchasing VIP plus but just keeps saying error after clicking submit. I thought I upgraded before but my account still saying basic 😩
