hey so i was recently on snapchat then boom the phone froze then went purple screen then i turned it off by holding power and sleep button, but now it will not turn on and ive plugged it into laptop via cable and opened itunes on laptop and it says its in recovery mode and needs to be restored and updated but wen i try that it fails like half way through! so is there anyone that can help me out? thanks dudes
