You have to understand that these people have their own private lives and can't spend all of their time making 70 different versions of a mod just to please a few users. If you're not satisfied with all the items being unlocked and it spoils your pleasure of playing, just start a legit game without any hacks. He mentioned a lot of times that he's not doing mods for android, only iOS.
