No I can't collect them, I though so, do you have an idea if the ban stays the same length? Or does it increase every time? Thank you

For some reason when I attempt to catch Pokemon on PokemonGoAnywhere, I manage to get the Pokemon in the ball, it shakes once then they always escape and run away, I've tried this multiple times using different balls, fruit, but it always does the same thing, can anyone help?? My only thought is that they have changed something so I can't catch them anymore as a punishment for using the cracked version? (I have also tried to catch Pokemon on the actual version and still the same thing, but another account on the actual version works?) thanks.
