Needs updated?, doesn't work for me since updating to latest update?

Doesn't seem to work for me with the new update, mod menu activates and lets select the options I want but doesn't show up well cash & gold / coins don't show up when turned on, any idea as to why? Thanks.

Any idea as to why when I load the game up its pops up the menu to thank you, click it the game loads then freezes?
