Had the same problem for over a week. Resolved by uninstalling the app. Restarting my device then reinstalling. Had difficulty getting the app to activate - took several attempts. Now seems to be working.

I believe I have the same problem, open iOS+ app as normal, select an icon. Window opens as normal with blue install oval. Click install & oval turns grey and little spinning icon appears on right hand side of header bar... then nothing else happens. Just the spinning icon, no install. Happens on every app, can close the window by clicking done top left.

My housemate has an iosgod account but has forgotten the password. When they go to use the forgot password. It says the email has been sent but no email is received. Can you check that the forgot password part of the site is working please

Me too! When I try to open the app+ it immediately closes, as do all the apps I have downloaded. Please consider me awaiting a solution, I am unable to use the app for the last 12 hours. Appreciate your help, many thanks!
