DIY Mod Pokemon Go Hack! For Android!

Whiskey here. Im still having issues. I have an old Tab 3 that im trying to do this on. I follow all directions to the letter, but my gps constantly drops... every 3 seconds or so. Ive uninstalled a few times, with the same results. I did notice that i dont have an area in my settings labeled 'expert'also there is nowhere to choose 'use fakegps'. Now, after installing fakegps as a service (for the 5th time), it doesnt even show up in my app list any longer so there's nothing to open. Im at a loss here. Any help would be appreciated.
