gonna have to make sure your progress is saved on game center or else you'll lose it but same thing just uninstall and install that one should have everything saved if you restore from game center

yes all of these are tested before release to "public use" unless the game has updated then you'll have to wait a couple of days before it get's updated to a working status

check your tweaks you might have something conflicting with the hack

it is up to the creators to implament that both combined and to save your progress you want to connect to gamecenter when in ldoe go to settings menu and connect to gamecenter and the game will save when you leave and enter another area off the map so get what iap you want leave area and renter the area so it saves then leave delete and install other gold and stuff you place/inventory saves but not "the hack" so once delete you will lose the iap ability

sadly no two different ipa files so get what you want and save it on game center then swap to the other ipa file to have the other hacks with dupe ect
