I can't find this mod anywhere and I don't know which programs to use to hack it

So I just saw this youtuber create private custom mod for this game which I never saw anything like this in iosgods or other site E.g. Ninja monkey shoot bomb instead shuriken Spam Power Every balloon is unlock in wave 1 (Original is wave 25) Is there anyone have any clue about this? or how to modded this game?

Well, Any games but in this topic is Tap Titans 2 I just want to know how to make modded that get gold when you buy stuff And I don't want something like minus the cost (-100) it doesn't give you the gold

Youtube++ is amazing but they remove YT ads so they can put their own ads??? WTF Seriously it really annoying me and today i have press close ads about 50+ times I'm sorry but I don't have paypal Can Flex remove Youtube++ ads?
