Can connect to Uno and Friends using someone else's device over the same wireless, using their Uno account. Their Uno account uses same Game Center sign in as mine. Tried downloading Uno to my IPhone and received the same result, so it seems to be account related. Uno is the only app this is happening with.

I have been unable to connect to Uno and Friends since the beginning of March. I have followed every suggestion provided by Gameloft customer service via our email correspondence. At this point they are no longer responding to my complaints. Could I have been banned for some reason? Do they notify you if banned or just let you dangle in the wind wondering? Can't imagine what I might have done. Could it possibly be a Game Center issue instead of a Gameloft issue? I am not very tech savvy, not a complete idiot either. Just a grandma who enjoys playing Uno and Friends.
