Help/Support Can't install Cydia Injector

I am running Windows 10, and I've been trying to install Cydia Injector on my laptop. I have a non-jail broken 7 Plus iPhone, and I was interested in installing an Asphalt 8 hack. Every time I download, then extract and try to install, it keeps saying that it cannot find the "AdbWinApi.dll"; although I see it in the extracted files. I have NO idea as to what to do.... Keep in mind that I am a total Noob!
