How can restore my iPhone?

Hi. I tried to unjailbroken my iphone by eraser but it stopped during the process and respringed the device and I didn't find cydia and eraser and my iPhone is still jailbroken and I can't find cydia and eraser. How can I get back cydia app . Please help and what should I do now.

I can't show the HOSTS file by the text viewer. Help????
