Step 1: Open ifile and head to file:///var/mobile/Containers/Data/Application/ClickOnAllCodesUntilYouFindTheNebulousApp/Library/Preferences/simplicial.software.nebulous.plist
Step 2:click on the the .plist file
Step 3:click open with "property list viewer"
Step 4: edit whatever stats you want
Notes
-Don't put to much Exp or your game will crash
-10 million exp was enough for me to unlock everything
-This is only for single player
