The only way to get turtle or bulma medals is through world tournament or baba shop. Getting one from baba shop is rare though

Go on reddit and search for the dokkan reddit. You can find all sort of guides there. As for the super strikers you need to first get the desired striker character (right now there is 2x to get king vegeta, vegeta, and trunks). After that you get 7 medals to dokkan them from the 25 stamina stage. The only reqirement is that you need a team with cost less than 100. Hope this helped. @DiDa @ZahirSher Thanks for the update!
