Reaching out to see if you can fix your last update. It crashes upon clicking customize your first sim, after youve downloaded the 570mb game data. Does not let you complete the tutorial sim.

@Laxus, Can confirm. Data downloaded, but once you click to move on with the character to the customization page, it crashes.
