I believe I paid for the ViP yearly subscription.. I remember choosing that specifically.. how can I confirm?

I need help with my account. I upgraded to VIP status, I paid for the yearly subscription.. although I already received my “iosgods plus” download link and downloaded without a problem.. I have the igamegod feature and all.. HOWEVER my account still states my status as “FREE” and I’m not allowed to download VIP games. Please help, how can I fix this
