Still doesnt work anymore for me on my Macbook, login failed.

Hello, i'm having issues with the Log-In, i get this error ---------- Got error: Login failed (-36607): Unable to sign you in to your Apple ID. Try again later. I tried the suggested post using VPN on my Macbook but it doesnt work, any advice? Thanks in advance EDIT: Tried with VPN from Japan and i goes thru, but when it ask me for the confirmation code, i won't get the code on my Iphone so i cannot continue.
