I've been able to get the hp working, just everything else is synced with the server. I set mine to 600,000 so it doesn't get buggy as quickly. It doesn't always freeze correctly if you're fighting lichs or taking steady fire/poison dmg. You can also reset your skills in the skill menu for 380 gems if you want. You pretty much can't get any satisfaction from the game if you're bored with the grinding routine of doing the same stuff for the same pointless loot. This game has been the worst investment I've ever made in the gaming market.
