Hi I have paid for the vip service for 3 months including the app download. it has been 24hrs. i have not received a an activation email, nor am i allowed to download any apps. the web app does not work. Please advise soonest, as time is flying and will you rreimburse me if your promised product is not not delivered and activated in good time. regards sh3rmin
