Slightly odd, and it’s a pretty simple patch. I unfortunately don’t have a way to debug what’s causing that to happen, it works on my test iPhones too.

Some hacked IPAs will install as a duplicate app. Make sure to back it up so you don't lose your progress. STEP 2: Download the pre-hacked .IPA file from the link above to your computer. To download from the iOSGods App, see this tutorial topic. STEP 3: Download Sideloadly and install it on your PC. STEP 4: Open/Run Sideloadly on your computer, connect your iOS Device, and wait until your device name shows up. Was coming here to say exactly this. If say Apple broke something, not everyone is going to throw a wrench in and try to fix it, it’s their issue to solve.

The licensing is seemingly all cloud based. Unfortunately it’d be a bit difficult for me to actually do anything without knowing their license generation and somehow find the ability to activate it offline.
