Nope. I tried hacked the hacked .ipa and it doesn't save to Game Center. So I'm guessing that saved data hacks won't as well.

iBackupBot cannot restore the file to my phone (error code -7). This hack probably only works on JB'ed iPhones only.

I'd suggest OP create a hacked .ipa file instead of releasing a hacked save, if possible.

EDIT: Even doing a full restore with the hacked Documents folder in the game files from an iTunes backup does not work. 

Does the hack still work? Anyone who tried it and didn't get banned?

Yes, but the Android hack is the one that someone has seen in the game with damage hack

It is hacked for android... But not for iOS... That's why...
