It appears to have a checker built in checking all the values are correct. Everything I change will automatically change it self back when being used. I have tried many of my ways but it doesn't appear possible.

I would suggest trying to get some to create you a hacked game save and upload to an .ipa file and then it will be available for non-jailbroken devices.

Locallappstore was working when my device was jailbroken. If you can install an iapcracker on ipa the hack may work.
