Hi everyone, im needing some help, in september i bought on my banned account vip by paypal, i waited for 4 days and i was in a worry. I diceded to dispute and bought via crédit card. Hi was worned next day because of dispute, so I cancel thé dispute since, and one month later still banned. pls help me 😰

Yes, my card just dont work here, i think it should be because my first account was banned cause i made a dispute by paypal ( I waited over 4 days and dont get any news)
