How do I get the app plus? I tried to buy it but I just ended up with a $35 subscription with stuff I can use or don’t need

Hello, new here. Basically I’ve been playing the modded “Pokemon shuffle” game and it’s been great, unfortunately if I was to redownload the app, to fix the certificate, I would lose all my data. The creators only let you create a password once per month, to use once to transfer your data. So I can’t save the data and use it numerous times. (I also don’t have the saved data backed up with one of these passwords) Is there any way I can keep the app, but renew the certificate, I’m on a non/JB XR max on iOS 12.4.1 I’m happy to pay for premium features, I know there is a “+” version of the iOS gods app, please let me know if this could let me keep the app installed with my data, but just refresh or add a new certificate. Thank you
