Actually its a temporary ban, but it depends on how much you've abused it. I used instalikes on 2 of my accounts. the 1st one got banned and then i moved to the 2nd one. since the ban i never posted a picture. the 2nd one got banned 32 weeks later (according to my last post on my 1st account) After 32 weeks, you should be able to get your likes again. (atleast for me) just be patient and give it a cooldown.
